Returns and Refund Policy

At Superryze, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Products that do not qualify for return:

• Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
• Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging.
• Perishable goods, personal care items, or digital downloads.

2. Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please email us at superryzeventures@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back (based on location).

4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and processed:

• Refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong product).

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
• To cancel an order, contact us at superryzeventures@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• If the order is already dispatched, you may need to wait until it is delivered and then request a return.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues, provided the product is unused and in saleable condition.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
